Tell Me Why 面對人性的醜陋

在任何國家的執法機構，警察使用武力對付疑犯，已是司空慣例。但號稱具有高度文化水平的卑斯省，警察在公眾場所使用不恰當的暴力，卻顯現日趨嚴重。而生活於此的市民，又是否有責任去面對此問題.....



以上是維多利亞市的警察，涉嫌過度用武力踢打地上兩名男子的片段。如果沒有被現場民眾用相機攝錄下來，我們又是否能視而不見，也可能只有英國年僅8歲的Declan Galbraith更懂得人性的醜陋喔！
